I rely on my 35 years of experience as a real estate attorney in Southern California and several more years of residential sales experience here in Arizona to provide concierge level service to my clients.

When escrow is opened, I have the benefit of having closed hundreds of escrow transactions during my career. When I began working with buyers and sellers of residential real estate, I made the conscious decision I would not follow the traditional high pressure, high-volume blueprint taught to new agents. I decided that if the traditional high-pressure, high-volume blueprint is what it took to succeed in the business, I would find something else to do or retire.

Fortunately, I found another way to succeed. I found that at this stage of our lives we don't want to be "sold" anything. We simply want competent, timely, and expert guidance with outstanding results. Nothing more, nothing less.

Corte Bella is not your parent’s Sun City. It is a meticulously maintained, gated and attended, golf course community with 1,650 upscale homes built in 2005-2006. Corte Bella has its own private amenities including lighted pickle ball and tennis courts, exercise facilities, Bocce Ball courts, pool, spa, and restaurant. There is also a championship 18-hole par 72 golf course which can be joined separately or played on a daily fee basis.

 

Homes in Corte Bella typically sell in the $450,000 to the low $1,100,000 range. The Corte Bella Home Owner's Association maintains the community grounds and facilities and ensures compliance with the architectural guidelines. Monthly HOA dues are low and the reserves are fully funded. There is an initial buy-in fee payable upon closing.

 

There is no additional fee for any amenity in Corte Bella except for spa services, personal training in the fitness center, and food and beverage at the restaurant. The community is built around a 2-mile circular walkway which in the winter is always active and a great place to meet your neighbors and socialize.

You need someone who has driven the road many times before and knows the quickest and safest route to your appointment. That is what I do.
